Security

We protect the personally identifiable information that you provide to us to perform our job. Access to this information is restricted to those employees who need to know that information as part of their job. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that are reasonably designed to guard non-public personal information.

Privacy

AccuVerify collects non public personal information from Form 4506-C clients complete. AccuVerify will not sell, rent or in anyway share taxpayer's information with any other organization except the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), or if ordered to do so by court order. If you dispute payment you made to AccuVerify you agree all information you provided to AccuVerify including emails sent to you and received form you, and documents submitted to AccuVerify including Form 4506-C and the tax transcripts can be used to resolve the case with your bank, credit card company or PayPal.

Terms of use

Accuverify agrees to provide you with requested tax document(s) obtained directly from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and you agree to pay AccuVerify for the service provided. If you fail to pay amounts due, or we are unable to collect amounts due form your bank, credit card company, or PayPal you are still liable for all amounts that may be due and owing to AccuVerify. AccuVerify is authorized to disclose to the proper person and credit reporting bureau your performance of this agreement. In the event of default hereunder, the Applicant agrees to pay all costs associated with collecting amounts due including, credit card fees, court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

Turnaround Times

We guarantee, we will process your request within two business hours, and have your transcript available to you shortly after the IRS releases the result. IRS processing times may vary, please allow 2-4 business days for your request. If there are problems or delays at the IRS it may take longer for you to receive your document. Please check your confirmation email for the current estimated processing time, or contact us.

Accuracy of Information

Tax transcripts are obtained by AccuVerify directly from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and deemed reliable. You acknowledge, understand, and agree that AccuVerify is not an insurer of the accuracy of the information.

Rejections by the IRS

IRS will reject Form 4506-Cs that are incomplete, altered or if information on the 4506-C(name, SSN/EIN, address) does not match what IRS has on file. If your request is rejected by the IRS for any reason regular fees will apply. You have the right to challenge IRS rejections.
Identity theft victims: IRS may reject a request if taxpayer was victim of identity theft.
